EMBROIDERY
Tajima: world No.1, made in Japan.
Our machines are from Tajima — the Japanese maker with the world’s No.1 share in embroidery machines. Every machine can embroider finished garments and products.
[Latest AI-equipped models] Our TMCR-K1209 and TMEZ-K1508 are AI-equipped Tajima models — one of the hottest topics in the industry. We use the latest technology to keep quality consistent and production efficient.

Our 6- to 12-head machines handle production runs; 2-head and single-head machines handle prototypes and one-offs. Five machines (TMEZ-K1508, TMAR-K1506, TMBR-K1501, TFMX-C1201, TMBP-S1201) handle caps. We embroider in up to 15 colors, with fields up to 500×450mm (up to 550mm tall on the TMCR-K1209).
DIGITIZING
Stitch data, made in-house.
■ Digitizing software: Tajima DG16
We design stitch direction and density from scratch to suit the fabric, its thickness and the finish you want.
Because it is done in-house, design changes and re-sampling are quick.
PRINTING
Inkjet and DTF printing, in-house.
■ Inkjet (DTG) printer: Brother GTX Pro
Print area 16×18 in / water-based pigment ink / 1,200×1,200 dpi
■ DTF printer: xTool Apparel Printer
White ink allows printing on dark fabrics. Works on cotton, polyester, denim, canvas and more.
Embroidery and print can be combined. Other print techniques are handled with partner factories.

From finishing to inspection.
